For Fun...why don't we start a list. My goal is to see it reach 50, but I think we could go higher than that. Share your ideas/hopes/wishes/wants! I'll start it off by giving three examples. Try and keep up with the list and not repeat things you've already seen in the comments. We're looking to show diverse ideas, not just the same old thing said a different way (which is what we get when we watch GH already, frankly).

Things General Hospital Could Do Without Sonny/Jason's involvement

1) Robin gets involved in AIDs research. If you haven't been keeping up with health news, there's a whole lot going on in that department right now, from vaccines to bone marrow treatment studies...I would love for GH to shine a little spotlight on some truly groundbreaking work by simply having Robin involved in such studies.

2) Keep Dante as a straight-laced cop. For seriously. No more ass kissing in the Sonny department.

3) Get Spinelli that damn family already. I don't care who said that getting a family meant they were out of ideas for the character--that's just wrong and ridiculous. People who only *come on the scene* because of a family connection are the weak characters. There is a difference in coming on a soap because you're the secret long lost son of a major character but can barely act ---and being a character that slowly built up his/her own story while testing chemistry over a long time just to construct a family dynamic out of such chemistry--like Alexis/Sam. That, that right THERE, that was good TV. (CoughDiane-gave-up-kid-early-in-her-career-because-she-was-a-driven-woman-storyCOUGH)

Synopsis: Spinelli gets a call concerning his past and it leads to a significant alternation of his and Jason’s future.
Comments: Okay, I have been working on this fic since December and it is NOW OFFICIALLY DONE. And, I mean, really, my chapters had to be divided into chapters. This is that epic fic of epicness I’ve been mentioning sporadically over the months. It’s set in 2011/2012, but it takes certain liberties (Maxie and Spinelli were never really together, Jason turned Sonny in during the FBI stuff in early 2009, various other little stuff, too. Any questions, just ask, kay?) This part and the next are both kinda short, just a heads up. All in all, characters you recognize are not mine, but the new characters are mine. Enjoy!
